(1) Background
Since 1974 Sansin Sangyo has been a leader in the scaffolding rental business for more than 40 years. One of our goals is to help develop our employees to reach their maximum potential. In order to achieve this we organized a vocational training center. The purpose of this training center is to create an environment where our employees can have a smooth transition and proper training to reach their potential. Sansin Sangyo values this approach and will pay the employee their regular wage throughout the training. Due to the success of the process, we were accredited for our training center in 2012.
